摘要

品牌旅游资源与旅游经济的均衡发展是保障区域经济协调发展的有效途径。 文章选取湖南省世界遗产在内的 699 处品牌旅游资源及 14 个地级市 2012 ~ 2016年旅游经济发展的相关数据, 采用旅游资源相对丰度指数、 标准差以及变异系数分析了品牌旅游资源与旅游经济的均衡基础, 通过耦合协调评价模型, 研究了两者的均衡水平。 结果表明: 湖南省品牌旅游资源与旅游经济均衡发展基础良好; 全省品牌旅游资源开发优于旅游经济增长; 各地区均衡水平存在空间异质性与空间集聚性,整体呈低度协调与中度协调连绵片状分布, 长沙和张家界 2 市均衡水平较高, 岳阳、郴州、 常德、 湘西和怀化 5 市次之, 剩余 7 个地级市均衡水平较低。

Abstract

The balanced development of brand tourism resources and tourism economy is an effective way to ensure the coordinated development of regional economy. The article applies the relative abundance index, standard deviation and coefficient of variation to analyze the basis of the balance ofbrand tourism resources and tourism economy in Hunan province. Part of the analysis data selected bythe article comes from the most representative 699 brand tourism resources in Hunan province, including world heritage sites. Another part of the analysis data is tourism economic development data from14 prefecture - level cities during 2012 ~ 2016. On this basis, coupling - coordinating degree model isused to measure the equilibrium level of tourism resources and economic development. The researchshows that the basic conditions for the balance between brand tourism resources and tourism economy inHunan Province are good. Overall, brand tourism resources development in the province is superior totourism economic growth. The equilibrium level has significant spatial heterogeneity and spatial agglomeration. It shows that a phenomenon of low degree of coordination and moderate degree of coordinationare distributed in a sheet shape. Among them, Changsha and Zhangjiajie have the highest equilibriumlevels, followed by Huaihua, Xiangxi, Changde, Chengzhou and Yueyang. Other seven cities havelower equilibrium levels
