摘要

随着旅游需求的不断提升, 酒店业正在朝着更加人性化、 细致化的方向发展, 酒店无障碍服务与管理是体现酒店人性化的重要依据。 文章以 Web of Science核心数据库为基础, 运用 CiteSpace 可视化分析软件对 346 篇酒店无障碍硬软件的服务与管理的文献进行分析。 研究发现: 酒店无障碍相关研究在 20 世纪末期之前发展缓慢, 随着旅游业的快速发展以及社会文明的进步逐渐得到积极推动, 目前迎来了良好的发展机遇; 文献数量与机构分布有所差异, 并未形成较为集中的研究系统,期刊发表领域呈分布多样化、 交融性状态; 研究内容主要分为硬件设施和环境、 软件服务与管理, 研究热点主要集中在酒店可进入性、 无障碍硬软件条件、 无障碍住宿需求与体验等问题的探讨; 目前研究趋势呈学科交融性、 服务实践性方向发展,研究着重对员工服务及态度、 无障碍客房设计、 无障碍体验、 无障碍住宿偏好、 社会支持等进行深入探讨。

Abstract

With the increasing demand for tourism, the global hotel industry is moving towards amore humane and more detailed direction. Hotel accessibility service and management is an importantbasis for reflecting the humanization of the hotel. Based on the Web of Science core database, 346research literatures about service and management of hotel accessibility of the hardware and software hasbeen analyzed using CiteSpace visual analysis software. The study has found that the research on hotelaccessibility has been slowly developed until the end of the 20th century. With the rapid development oftourism and the progress of social civilization, it has been actively promoted, and at present, it hasushered in a good development opportunity. Although, there is a difference in the number ofdocuments and the distribution of institutions, a relatively centralized research system has not beenformed, and the publication areas of journals are in a diverse and blended state. The research contentis mainly divided into hardware facilities and environment, software services and management. Thereach hotspots are mainly focused on the problems of hotel accessibility, barrier - free hardware andsoftware conditions, barrier - free accommodation needs and experiences. The current research trendsare in the direction of interdisciplinary integration and service practice. Currently, the research mainlyfocuses on in - depth discussions on employee services and attitudes, barrier - free room design,barrier - free experience, barrier - free accommodation preferences, and social support.
